Orange Blossom (Neroli)

An essential oil which has multi-purpose balancing and healing qualities. It is equally useful for various skin conditions from sensitive skin through dehydrated skin to ageing skin. It's beautiful, charming and balancing scent make this essential oil one of the key ingredients of many sought after perfumes. It also has very high anti- inflammatory and soothing properties.

Geranium

Geranium – is another feminine essential oil which due to its special biochemistry has a very strong anti-fungal property which can balance underlying issues of many common skin concerns. It is very useful for all ages and for an active woman from the time of puberty to a more mature age.

Ylang-ylang

Ylang-ylang – is sweet scented essential oil, which has a multi-action active compound balancing the oil production of the skin. This is ideal in balancing between the dry and oily parts of the facial skin. Its scent is deeply calming and because of its high ester content it is deeply relaxing both for the nerves and facial skin.

Lavender

Lavender essential oil is a very widely used multi-compound essential oil which has a strong antioxidant activity; therefore it prevents the skin from infections and promotes healthy cell recovery and growth. It is excellent to balance many common skin problems. There are many different chemo-types of Lavender known, and we use two different ones for in our hand cream. We use the variety of wild and medical or common versions, carefully selected according to their healing properties.

Yarrow

Yarrow essential oil is known from its high kamazulen content which makes it a deeply soothing agent and it is highly protective against bacteria. As sharp in its herbal scent as it is sharp in its healing properties. It is a must for our Essential Hand Cream.

Myrrh

Myrrh essential oil showed very high anti- inflammatory properties and promoted the skin cells' natural protective and defence mechanism in laboratorial test, therefore it is a very useful oil in skin care products which strengthen the skin's natural protective abilities. It has a very distinctive base and woody scent which makes it also an excellent ingredient for many perfumes.

Sandalwood

Sandalwood essential oil is excellent for dry and sensitive skin. Laboratory tests concluded that Sandalwood essential oil is an effective chemo preventive agent to the skin. It also has a beautiful woody-sweet aroma which is deeply relaxing and soothing.

Frankincense

Frankincense is an essential oil with high anti-oxidant qualities which promotes fast skin renewal, micro-blood circulation thus promoting oxygenation to the skin. It has a woody and uplifting aroma.

Rosewood

Rosewood is an essential oil which has very strong anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties. Therefore this oil is also an essential choice to combat many common skin concerns. It has a deeply relaxing aroma.

Palmarosa

Palmarosa essential oil is a soft and gentle feminine essential oil which is balancing to the skin's natural oil production and helps to reduce redness and irritation.

Natural plant oils and extracts

Argan oil

This oil has strong anti-aging and skin restructuring properties and is suitable for all skin types from very dry to oily. It neutralises free radicals and is rich in Vitamins and essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and 6. It also has a strong anti-inflammatory property and helps to balance the oil production of the skin. It is rich in antioxidant Vitamin E which is to protect skin against free radicals, sun-light photo effects on the skin and it has omega acids to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

Avocado

A rich, naturally green oil, which has the ability to deeply penetrate the skin and at the same time activate its own natural detoxing activity. It contains vitamins including A, E and D as well as palmitoleic acid which is beneficial for ageing skins.

Borage Seed

Borage Seed – a fast absorbing oil which is a must in skin care over the age of 40 because of its high 25% gamma-linolenic acid content, balancing and aiding hormonal changes. Vitamins A, D, E, F and K are for fighting against free radicals.

Carrot seed oil

It enhances the skin's natural regenerative and detoxing processes. Rich in antioxidants, Vitamins A, E & C and Beta carotene.

Cocoa butter

It is a deeply moisturising and rich oil which is full of nutrients to assist in reducing dryness and improve the elasticity of the skin. It also provides a good protective layer against harsh weather conditions.

Evening primrose

One of the very first things I learned from my mentor was that Evening Primrose is one of the key products when we want to assist in achieving a glowing and youthful skin. It is a fast absorbing and light oil, full of Omega 6, which helps to optimise healthy skin regeneration and balance the skin's oil production. It also has a strong anti-inflammatory property which makes it an excellent ingredient into creams and lotions for sensitive, irritated skin and eczema.

Organic Vegetable Glycerine

Helps the skin to retain its moisture to assist it to remain soft and hydrated throughout the day.

Grape seed oil

It is a rich and deeply penetrating oil which is full of flavonoids which are powerful antioxidants to fight off free radicals. This oil is also full of natural minerals and vitamins, such as Vitamin E which assist the skin's natural regeneration abilities.

Jojoba

An oil which is mostly known for its ability to absorb into the skin very easily, because its structure is the most similar to the natural protective oils produced by the human body. It leaves the skin very soft and it balances the oil production of the skin.

Macadamia Oil

This oil has many therapeutic benefits to the skin, especially to the more mature skin, because it has a very high oleic and palmitoleic acid content which provides excellent water retaining qualities in supporting the skin staying well moisturised. It also has strong anti-inflammatory properties which makes it a very useful oil in skin care products for sensitive or irritated skin and eczema.

Calendula extract

Its more commonly known name is Marigold, and it is probably one of the most healing plants we know. It has the ability to support the skin's natural revitalising and regenerating properties, it also soothes irritation and soreness.

Olive oil

It is a nutritious oil which is full of Vitamin A and E which helps to skin retain its moisture and supports the skin in being protected from environmental damage.

Rosehip oil

Its frequent use results in firmer, smoother, and more youthful skin and is ideal to fight against wrinkles and scars because it is rich in poly-unsaturated fatty acids, Stearic-acid and Vitamin C, which help to delay the effects of skin aging and assists with cell regeneration.

Organic Shea Butter

This heavy and rich oil is an ideal source of anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids which promote healthy cell growth and soothes and protect the skin from damage. Although rich and creamy, it is easily absorbed into the skin and does not leave a greasy feeling
